Promoting Justice Through Authentic Leadership
Mission Statement:
Inviting diverse voices and perspectives, JALE promotes new and emerging understandings of how values and ethics guide authentic educational leadership. Engaging in practices of inclusivity, empathy, and transparency, we ask scholars and practitioners to deconstruct policies, practices, and procedures that perpetuate inequities and reconstruct frameworks that promote justice in education.
Vision:
The Journal of Authentic Leadership in Education promotes and disseminates a broad range of scholarly inquiry relating to the areas of values and ethics, and their relationship to theory and practice in authentic leadership in education.
